Robert, we haven't heard from Brian since he was posting threats about the FTC. The posts appear to have evaporated, too. I guess he had the FTC mixed up with the SEC while simultaneously not having any idea of what the function of those bodies were in the first place. To state the obvious, this isn't Cuba. A while back, I do recall a couple of registered professionals in the securities exchange industry being handed a lawsuit from some company over stories they continually fabricated and posted online. They had to go after them directly because the Feds just laughed them out of the office. I think naive is an understatement for anyone who considers such feeble and hollow threats to be taken seriously where individual investors are concerned. Such behavior is really a sign of weakness and insecurity and generally unwarranted as we rarely see outright fabrications posted here anyway.
