Yes, I agree. It should be common sense that the best way to construct a happy and healthy society is to listen to the professionals that went to school and studied the subject.

I did that, and can tell you modern social science teaches exactly what liberals/progressives believe.

All we have to do is follow the social structures of the Nordic countries.

A lot of successful organisms work that way - including disease-causing bacteria. Ever wonder why most illnesses have an incubation period? The bacteria constantly sent out "I'm here" signals. The more of them there are in your body, the more each hears that signal. When the rate of signal reception goes above a threshold, they know there is enough of them around the incubation period is over. This is why doctors tell you to finish your antibiotics even if you show no symptoms. As their number drops, they will go back to the incubation mode and you won't feel sick anymore. But if you stop the treatment, they may multiply and return. Worse, the surviving ones are the most drug resilient ones and you can pass them on to others.

BTW, I can't exactly remember, but one or more of ants, bees, and termites have genetic memory :-O No idea how grandma manages to pass on her experiences to future generations. But I thought it was very cool.

An ant colony can thrive for decades, changing its behavior based on past events even as individual ants die off every year or so
