Just wondering, are you doing short selling or puts?

If I can front the cash for 1000 short shares, I short. If cash is a problem or I'm pretty sure of the timeframe, I use in-the-money puts to minimize the time value ratio. It just depends on the circumstances and timing. All other things being equal, I'd rather short; you can hold a short position for years.
