I do not subscribe to this climate change fiasco. It is just another scam to tax the people. The culprit if there is one. IS not only the burning of fossil fuels. Raising cattle for dairy or consumption is just as guilty.

People spout climate change then jump on a plane a couple times a year for holidays increasing the need for more high fuel consuming aircraft and think nothing of it. You could not feed the growing population of the world by artisan methods. It takes fuel consuming planting , Harvest, Refrigeration and Transportation equipment and that has a hard time keeping up.

It is impossible to cut fuel use by 2 or 3%. While allowing the world population to continue to explode by a some 83 million people per year. and think it will reduce pollution. They still need to be fed. Pipelines are not built because there is no demand for the product they carry.

The only solution is to reduce the population in countries with the highest birth rates where millions are being spent trying to feed and keep them alive. These foreign aid charities should redirect a significant portion of their funds toward doing vasectomies and tubal operations on at least 60% the children at birth. Within 20 years you would see a curbing effect on population growth. And a lesser need for energy.

Just too many bleeding hearts who would rather chase fictitious but more popular objectives.
