Billy,

I wonder if this is a clerical mistake caused by the "newness" of the change from 1997 to 1998 (it usually takes me a few weeks to get it straight). The next time I talk to Chris Sargent or Bob Hunziker, I'll ask the question.

If AGTI actually finds a positive cash balance in the near future (e.g., the BTC deal, possible cash infusion from Branson, etc...), I really hope they begin to buy back some of these cheap shares. Reduce outstanding shares, plus help to improve the price, not to mention restoral of shareholder confidence. I suggested this to AGTI.

I still want to make an effort at analyzing the numbers from the BTC announcement, just haven't had time. At least, I'm encouraged that the company seems to be making some difficult decisions in order to move us forward. I understand that workforce reductions are also occurring now, with more likely yet to come. With respect to the individuals, it's not appropriate that I go into more detail. But it is obvious that strong efforts are being made to slash expenses.
