So your source for that is the whisper of a fellow board member? And you feel that is more reliable than the information provided in the SEC filings he made? Because while I did have to Google the difference between giving shares away and sellin' em, I actually already knew that BOTH types of transactions require an Officer and/or a Director to file a Form 4. When did he give shares away and how many? See if your confidante will share that with you. This isn't urgent...I'll be here.
