You are absolutely lying. Hillary spent $1.1B vs Trump's $647M. Hillary outspent Trump by a wide margin and still lost. The Russians spent so little that it is not even a rounding error. The biggest meddler in the election was Hillary herself, who cheated Bernie Sanders out of a fair Primary contest. The rest was the will of the voters, who overcame a deafening roar of propaganda from Hillary, the MSM, and social media trying to get her elected.
