I think the settlement with Sinovel precludes any additional compensation, and the court as a result was limited in the compensation it could award. The token payments made by Sinovel have been recorded, or the final one will show up in the next financial statement. The superconducting technology that AMSC has may have given an incentive for a merger, and the extensive increase in share price might indicate slow but sure buying (there's not a lot of stock float) in anticipation.
