John, my simple honest opinion is that SUNW should easily be valued at 2 1/2 x sales and/or a P.E. of 25. I think it deserves this now and will attain it sometime in the next six months (excepting world meltdown, of course). That would put us in the $55-58 range. If the SUNW story really takes hold, then I think a P.E. of 30 is not out of the question and in an ebullient market $60-63 is possible. At some point in the year '99 I would expect $70-75. One of my biggest concerns (as with many of the hi-techs) is the growing number of shares diluting these prices. That's why I really like DELL. It carries a premium valuation but it is actively reducing the number of shares outstanding. (And doing it in a smart way, by selling puts.)
