let's say we nearly double the outstanding shares with a 50,000,000 share offer to a financier. With the current market cap at 21.6 Million that would make the stock value = $21.6M / 116,000,000 shares = .18c value for a share. Since the money man will get a premium let's say he pays .10c per share. This raises $5,000,000.

Not enough to save the company by any means. So why would the financier throw away $5M when he can just wait for the bankruptcy and start over with Anil and a complete reconstruct of the corporate structure minus the film-flam deals with the other companies?
