Mr. Tang:

I can not speak for the market makers; however, I would think that it would largely depend on the acquisition(s) and specific terms involved. Hopefully, any acquisition(s) will be accretive to earnings, or at least, minimally dilutive in the short run. The Company will have to do its due diligence and not attempt to bite off more than it can chew. They have already proven that they will not pay too much for a company in just the last eighteen months. While that first acquisition looked very good for the Company, it fell through because they could not come to terms. This is a sign of responsible management. It is easy to get sucked in when you want something and you are close to getting it. But even a good acquisition is a bad acquisition if you pay too much. <IMO>

I really do not expect another acquisition any time soon. It takes a lot of capital to grow businesses and they have grown a ton in the past few months. I do not think that they will risk damaging their financial position by pushing too hard, too soon to acquire another concern. However, it is always possible that an exceptional opportunity might arise that the Company can absorb in the near term.

The Company appears to be headed in the right direction. I am patiently waiting as the story unfolds.

Good Luck

The lead market maker probably knows the business plans of STRR?
