Someone was selling a bit on Friday. There was buying at the close and after hours. I picked up some more at 12 1/4. I suppose it would be a good idea to start following ORG, ATIS, etc for any developments on their products. Since the trading volume on ORTC is so light, it doesn't take much selling pressure to drop the price down to 11. It should move quickly back to 13 IMO. This is just one of the problems of owning a microcap stock.

Peter

Keep in mind that some of the ORTC investors have options to exercise from time to time, although I don't think any of them expire for a few years.

Jake, I estimate that earnings will be announced around 13-FEB-98. I think that insiders are not allowed to trade the 30 days preceding earnings announcement. If this is correct, ORTC could be a little weak till then. However, I don't think ORTC will go lower that 11. I would think this is a buying opportunity. I will put in a GTC order for 11 1/4 and hope that it gets filled.
