Ryan: I'm not bullish on the stock and I haven't been since I started seeing hype-like language in ACRT press releases. I think the change started around the time of the alleged "patent." Go back and read all the press releases you can find and I think the change is clear. Lots of inflammatory, pumped up language which sounds more like a penny stock on the bulletin board than a company that has it's nose to the grindstone doing its good work.

On the OTC-BB, you see alot of this type of press release "noise" and it is usually done to create an opportunity for someone to dump shares on the unsuspecting.

I don't have much confidence that this company is issuing press releases because it is "important", and if I were an "investor", I'd be very concerned where a company starts running it's mouth instead of running its business.

I don't know where the stock is headed. I think David S. made a nice point that it bounced pretty well off the 200 day moving average. However, I don't play stocks on the long side that violate the 50 day SMA with much gusto, let alone stocks that only give me a hopeful sign at such a desperate breaking point. I also don't like the chart down this far just in front of an earnings' release. My indicators gave a short signal just after Mr. Pink's arrival and no "cover" signal has occurred. If I were short, I'd stay short. If I were long from 16-18, I'd be concerned about the upcoming earnings report and I'd use the 200 day as my guide.

Sincerely,

JW
