RWS' Elliott charts agree with that. If SPX starts back up tomorrow it'll be in the last 1/2 hr probably.

APPS: Primary dynamic: MIMBO --- it is now past the BO component. Two components remain. [prior to the BO, 5 other components had been satisfied. So, 6 down, 2 to go]
1.) RETEST MDTL first-----if successful >>
2.) High volume move up from retest.
All other upside dynamics have to wait for those 2 remaining components. (according to a manual I read once)
