FWIW:

I would imagine that HEB will have some news during the AMEX health care conference this week (which I wish I could attend). I doubt seriously that preliminary FDA approval for Ampligen in CFS will be the item.

I would settle for a diagnostic test for CFS or a finalized agreement with BI if I were hanoverbrett.

I don't believe I can add much to your own interpretation of this. The claim is definitive and positive, but without a souce quoted. It could be, but the timing is certainly ahead of my expectations.

I'm not planning any actions between now and Feb 2 anyway, so I'll wait and see.
