If he had an offer from any where else you can bet he would be gone. How marketable is he as you note the high level of his current performance? Assume he has an office, benefits? and maybe gets "expenses". Probably beats standing in line at the local unemployment office with the production workers that Q laid off.
I doubt if there are many golden parachusets waiting on the other side of this reorg.

I can think of No reason for anyone to work at a company for free,Therefore, some promise of financial reward ie.the looting of victor or some other benifit MUST be in the offing.Alon seemed to me to be a bright person and bright people don't give it away for free!
One other point is that Alon was the last person to arrive and during a financial crisis they normally shoot the messanger.Maybe Jim can't type and that's why Alon is still on the payroll...
This is typical of this piss poor management group, cut the worker bee's and keep the upper management til the end suck the money pool dry...an move on to the next target.
This of course is my very humble opinion or should I say my $15,000
dollars worth.

Scott,
If Alon told you that he had not been paid for three months, why didn't you ask him then why he was staying? I would think speculating about his motives would start with considering what the guy says about it himself.

I do not wish to defend Alon. The information to shareholders has been grossly inadequate, and by its absence, misleading. We still have yet to see income numbers on Victor. Alon at best has kept us in the dark.

However, I disagree with Glenn. Alon is certainly capable of finding a job for himself. At least that's my read on him from the shareholders meeting.
