"Perhaps it is time to reconsider Confederation after 150 years."

Absolutely. And we should hurry up before aboriginals land claims grab a large part of the country!

Reconsider Confederation? In the short term, once ND and Liberal gov'ts appoint sufficient lawyers who are also members of Greenpeace, Sierra Club, Tides Canada etc to court benches, then green organizations like West Coast Environmental Law can start destroying individuals and companies in earnest-a green dystopia where at the minimum, assets are confiscated as proceeds of environmental crimes. There are dark days ahead. Assuming Jason Kenney and the UCP are elected next May, I am reasonably certain that Ottawa and Quebec will balk at an attempt under the constitution to renegotiate equalization and a "fair deal" for Alberta and Saskatchewan. Then the fireworks will start.
