Mary...your complaint is a "second party complaint." Certainly you have the right to post your complaint(actually your friend's complaint) on this forum and I'm not saying that your friend's complaint is unfounded, but I'd like to hear from your friend, who actually owns the computer, and from CPQ, before I would make a judgement here. Mary,
Wonder why they didn't snap a new one in and see if that fixed the problem. Then they could tell the guy on the phone it worked. I don't think sound cards are that hard to snap in and out, but could be wrong.

Just curious, Mary, do you actually have any investment relationship with cpq? I see by your most recent posts that you haven't visited any computer threads. Why the sudden interest in cpq?
