Louis, VC's have already sold a lot of shares as seen on your 10-K.
They can't sell everything and neither the Rambus employees(SEC rules). It's called getting out while the going is still good.
It will take a while for the sh-- to trickle down.
Make sure guys, you aren't the last ones holding the bag with a hell of a lot of worthless shares.
You only bought promises !
When Intel goes out with a negative PR on Rambus it will be too late to bail.
