Mary, I guess IT was all about customer satisfaction pertaining to business owners and does not include the garden variety consumers,I guess that is you and I,eh? Somebody on the thread pointed out this to me on one of the posts. Perhaps CPQ needs a lot of improvement in this area,I suppose. But in all fairness to CPQ, one of my computers is a Compaq,bought a few months ago,and I have had no problems.Anyway thanks for your input.

you would think lawyers would know how to get what they want.
I 'll bet you 100 doolars right now if she is using the cpq for legal work then she bot the wrong cpq and the wrong scanner, and worong printer.
it's a sure bet on my part if you take me up on this...
lawyers cannot use the std. equipment that regular users have and buy.
and the dealer doesn't know beans about pcs.
what pc and scanner and printer does she have.

Let your lawyer friend sue then. No one knows if he has a case or not at this point. Not me, not you. The information you spread around this thread is called hearsay. Compaq is assumed innocent before proven guilty. Please stop your defamation compaign or an army of Compaq's lawyers may sue you for slander. Get some advice from your lawyer friend!
