Entirely true Rod. The major thing they lacked in my opinion (during their time in the sun), was VISION and how to protect and expand upon what they built. The utter stupidity, and lack of management "talent" of the people running that outfit is beyond my belief. They had the world wrapped up in a brown paper bag, could've owned the Internet ... but what did they do? Nothing. Sat back on their fat (no reason to work to make $$$) a$$es and watch the world pass them by. What utter stupidity. The World's Largest "Networking" Company that has no presence in the Internet!. What a fitting epitapth. If I learned anything, I learned that you can NEVER do enough homework and research into a public company before throwing hard-earned dollars into investing into it. That's the ONLY benefit I can say I've gotten from Novell.
