Rich

The point of my message was that this woman should not be discouraged from stating her opinion by the insults from steve covin (hpeace) or others who have a vested interest in suppresing any opinions which they do not want voiced on the thread. The woman's comments were perfectly appropriate and valued.

I am fully aware of the situation with PC service and compatibility issues with third party products. But it is true that CPQ has had a less than A grade for service over the past year. hpeace has acknowledged that DELL machines are easier to reconfigure than CPQ PCs largely because of BIOS restrictions.

The desire to supress others opinions with BS and insults reduces the thread to level of a pubescent outhouse. Let everyone speak their relevant opinions.

Thank you for your opinion....

Jim Kelley
