Now you are depressing me because most of what you say is absolutely correct. Luckily the vast American economy is no longer wholly dependent on classic manufacturing. But even those newly employed in manufacturing are not enjoying the same relative wages of past generations. It is my contention however that those 1 percenters you refer to sold their country down the river this past generation.
