Bell Atlantic sounds like the likely culprit, but it could be anyone in the VA/MD/DC area. There's AOL, Hughes DirecTV (in MD), Newbridge Networks (probably not), Orbital Sciences (MD), MCI, Alcatel Data Networks, and others. And there's Uncle Sam, but they have plenty of Beltway Bandits to help them out.

They have a field office her in Vienna. I speak to them on occasion. They do some government work plus Teecom is also located here in Reston Va.

.30 (eps) and 91 mln (revs),margin 54% and 18mln (R&D).IMO
