If the UK held a new Brexit referendum today, it would be defeated by an overwhelming majority.

Voters in the UK were sold a fantasy, with advertising paid for by Putin who had his own reasons for this.

The reality in no way resembles the fantasy promises made, so it's hardly a surprise most everyone has changed their mind.

But May, having survived a "no confidence vote" guaranteeing her another year as PM is likely in the position to drag the UK out of the EU over the objections of the public.

May and Putin say that's democracy in action. Most UK citizen vehemently disagree.
