So why don't you do just that instead of harping over and over about her post. My opinion is she can post whatever she wants. If you don't like it don't read it. By the way a complaint firsthand, secondhand or
whatever is related in that it reflects consumer perception not just Compaq PR.

You're right, I misread the post. However, though this is not the proper forum to air customer complaints, it is a complaint and someone needs to respond to it. Her complaint results in a negative image of questionable quality and poor customer response. Lets put this to issue to bed.

To your SONY problem, take it to the SONY thread.
