John,
IMO you're making a BIG mistake about this man.ÿ I've spoken to him on 1 occasion and to my amazement found we had a common acquaintance.ÿ While at Booz/Allen Art Chait headed up the team that developed the game plan that turned around a failing public company our "mutual acquaintance" had been hired to head up(and turnaround).ÿÿ One of his first official acts was to hire Booz/Allen as consultants to come up with a plan to do that, and Chait was given the task and headed up the team that did.

Chait stayed on and worked side by side with him and management to successfully implement it.ÿ The turnaround of this NYSEÿ company became the high point of this man's career and was the basis for much notoriety about him at the time and Art Chait spearheadedÿ the plan behind that success.ÿÿ
ÿ
Believe it, don't believe it.ÿ I don't care.ÿÿÿ I KNOW I'm going to get flack on this, my Dionne Warwick psychic advisor told me she sees the word "shill" around me today :)ÿ And that's ok.ÿÿ
All I'm saying is through an incredible coincidence I was able to get a hard example of what this man can do, or at least what he has done and I wouldn't take him lightly, IMO.ÿÿÿ

I'm not happy with Jack King either nor with the monies I've lost last year, but just based on resume's there's a bunch of people between MD and Zitel (and some pretty respectable VAR's)ÿ that have come on board specifically because of MD's product and I just can't buy thatÿ they're all part of a conspiracy, a hoax.ÿÿ It's not impossible, but IMO it's contrary to a lifetime of achievement by these individuals/companies.ÿÿ

Bottom line; I gotta see their cards, I've got to see what they're holding and why they bet on MD/Zitel.ÿ And for me, as long as Art Chait is there there's still something to bet on.ÿÿ As a long this is NOT an argument for investing in Zitel, it's my argument for hanging in there.

You have a good day.

John, from the Jan 1 SF Chronicle:

''We have not met our expectations for Year 2000 sales, and we're not happy about that,'' said Arthur Chait, Zitel's vice president and general manager. ''However, things should pick up dramatically in the first quarter of 1998.''

Gee ... it is March 3rd ... the only thing that has "picked up" is the heat on the Yahoo thread!
Regards, Bill
