Joe, Thanks for answering my question. I thought I was correct in my assumption and I'm glad you took the time to confirm it. My "gut feeling" is that we shall still see this happen and it will be the "1st Wave" of announcements this week. Knowing Joe Murphy as I do I will predict the following. If in fact we see a "buyback", it will NOT be a token gesture to appease shareholders. IT WILL BE A MAJOR BUYBACK! I know for a fact he is livid that our company is valued at a "ludicrous" price. We are selling slightly over "book value" if you include SMTK. He will support it to the extent that any short-term flippers or "day traders" will continually be eaten up and base us at a much higher level. I also get the feeling that Joe has another "major surprise" readied for all his shareholders when he announces the "2nd Wave". I base this simply on one comment he made to me. "Brad, your support and patience and those of all our other faithful shareholders will be rewarded in the "2nd Wave" and those who flipped those cheap 504 shares a couple years back will be burdened with the "woulda, coulda, shoulda' syndrome for a long time." I don't quite know how to take that comment but I have a pretty good idea. For fear of being "laughed off the board", I'll keep that idea to myself for the present and simply say it would be something somewhat unprecedented for an OTC-BB. I want to make it perfectly clear that this is just my take on things. This leads us to the next couple of waves. Everybody, including myself, have speculated on a couple of M & A's to another sale of a division or parts thereof. Only the "powers to be" (management) knows for sure. I don't know about all the other shareholders but my main reason to be invested in DCI is exactly that--MANAGEMENT!!! I think you all will see, starting this week (I hope) that we are all in a very unique situation. We actually have a management that knows us all by our individual names, cares enough to keep us updated to the best of their ability (as opposed to the "ivory tower syndrome"), and will stop at nothing to get true value for their respective shareholders. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend and gets plenty of rest. When the waves start rollin' in it will truly be "Rock & Roll Time"! (g) "Grupo Brad de Original P & P Rock n' Roll Scoopo' Man"
