Umm, I never confirmed that Asensio was found liable for that judgement, I pointed to another poster (tonto actually) who I felt was credible at the time that said that he had verified it. Since then, another poster who I think is credible (Bill Wexler) claims it's untrue. Since I really don't care about the alleged judgement that's as far as I go. But I don't find it hard to believe that someone would fabricate a mock up of a court judgement to cast dispersions on Asensio, considering the amount of emotion he generates, as well as the huge losses that longs have incurred by not getting the heck out when he issued his sell rec.

I can confirm that Asensio was not found guilty of fraud and deceit as you claim. It was (if real) a civil judgement. I know you wouldn't want to spread any misinformation, and make people think that there had actually been a criminal trial when there was not.

Perhaps you should reread the next several posts for tonto's retraction. It wasn't that long after he posted what you gave us a link to. Perhaps you only recall those posts that suit your purpose?
