I don't think so. Lets see some petrology for an accurate comparison. Shovelnose is hosted in rhyolites, which are very siliceous volcanics. Such rocks commonly host deuteric to epithermal quartz veining. Where is the adularia, which is evidence of the alkalic aspect of the fluid system, along with vanadium micas like roscoelite etc?
