We talked about Directv's expensive packages in previous posts. Well I got pissed when I opened my bill this morning to see they were again raising their rates next month. I called'em and bitched. Somehow, after speaking to a supervisor a bit higher up the chain(first person I spoke to didn't offer me squat), I came away with a $60/month reduction off my bill for the next 12 months! $91.57 down to $31.57/month. Hope my T dividend doesn't get a cut as a result(lol!!) Happy New Year to all, ditch
