This doesn’t make sense to me, since the FED is not privately owned, but owned by the state. Note that these new notes had to be backed by silver bullions. I am not sure we have many of these left to make a difference. it would just be new debt of some sorts, I guess.

The current US government looks like a muppet show, IMO.
