Gorgeous work. Sort of like what I'd need to do to fulfill my promises from last 10 years.

Early next year, we should be carrying you around a festive cyber-party on our shoulders. Thanks!!

I've made a few changes to the 'Less Than Cash or Close' spreadsheet that might make it a little more useful.
  • Although the 10-Q data is from the Q3 filing, the Share Price is now current and it's used to 'dynamically' update the market cap value, which affects the 'Lazy EV' value. The Share Price is updated by Google every 20 minutes or so. With the market volatility we've been experiencing lately I thought that it would be nice if the spreadsheet could be made current as much as possible.
  • I've added a link to the BioPharm Catalyst website for each company. I don't have an affiliation with this website, but I find the information to be useful.
  • I've added columns 'V' through 'AH' to 'dynamically' track information about the stock price and volume. These fields are also updated by Google on a 20 minute delay. I find the '% Volume Change' and '% Off 52 Week High' columns to be helpful lately.
As I mentioned previously, the data that I've share was extracted from various sources and I don't perform any data validation or 'clean up' on it. Please double-check anything that doesn't look right.

As to ACHN on your nice spreadsheet, I do not understand the columns of cash and equivalents vs assets current. I see that ACHN has on hand 2018 year end cash of $270M. .

From the Dec 17 ACHN Investor update:
