Yes, but as I recall back in July/August of 1994 when he asked me (along with the rest of the R&D engineers in the Santa Barbara lab when they decided to close the lab) to move to Israel and work in their R&D lab and I declined (for obvious reasons of not wanting to leave CA!), I expressed my concerns over the business outlook of the company and the stock price (which at the time was at around $1/shr). I remember himm saying: "We are survivors! I am a survivor! This is my life and I can assure you Sapiens is here to stay and grow beyond imaginations!" (he is one of the original founders of the company by the way too along with Ron Zuckerman the CEO). I asked him if he ever thought the stock would ever get to $6-$7 (never mind the $28 it had reached a few short months earlier)!? He just smiled and said you stick with SPNSF and you will be one very happy man in a few short years. Well I have listened to him and despite the fact that I have not talked to him or seen him since then I have no reason to believe he has changed his attitude toward the company or his philosophy as being a survivor.

Anyway, I am still holding on (despite my concerns for the recent sudden decline in the trend of the price!) and am extremely optimistic and not neccessarily because of Sapiens' technology, products, services and/or business strategy but simply because I do trust the management, their integrity and hardcore personal investment and sacrifices thay have made into the business. I hope and I know I will not be disappointed!
