Fake site? I would expect errors now and then but "fake site" and "highly politically driven" seems extreme. Most of Snopes analysis has been confirmed by other fact checking websites. Snopes debunks both liberal and conservative news/claims etc. I've seen plenty of examples of fake accusations and negative news against Trump and other conservatives debunked on Snopes.

Snopes has been rated "Least Biased" by Media Bias Fact Check.
Snopes was also rated 98% factual ...the highest accuracy accuracy rating by RCP Fact Check Review.

Trump casino/hotel bankruptcies are of public record and cannot be disputed. None of the businesses listed are currently offering products or services so the assumption would be they were not profitable. Whether you consider it negative or not will probably be decided by your political leaning.

I have yet to see a fact checking service that conservatives haven't declared politically motivated except maybe the Weekly Standard which is rated as biased to the right by Media Biased Fact Check.
