As added explanation: One reason sugar is bad is that it spikes your insulin and the enzyme needed to break down insulin should be busy breaking down beta amyloid and not wasting its time on insulin. Fat should be eaten with sugar as it lowers insulin release relative to sugar in isolation Thus chocolate is better. Also the fat in chocolate further helps as the PURE study shows all fats prolog life and the consumption of fat satiates the appetite so you eat less carbohydrates
