Suspicion, that the wanting-majority over time will drag down the diligent-minority, should and once such divide appears.

Should one-person one-vote be enhanced by policies further favouring the expanding majority at peril of dwindling minority, yes, all lost.

Do not know what system of governance is permanently self-correcting.

Re eduction of young would-be entrepreneurs - one year off is a good idea. Spend part of the off-year on overseas travel may do some good, and the other part working on whatever.
