Gary,

I was at a loss of a story from Meadville that included the company Ascend. However, the Toolcity ISP supports x2 and 56K flex. I know as a fact they use two TNT RACs. Here is their information on their dial-ups:

Our Services

PPP, and full featured text dial-up shell access through a full T1 connection.
IRC (Internet Relay Chat): We have an IRC server with access to 1000's of chat lines.
Newsgroups: Wide range of newsgroups available to all users.
Online gaming: We run a Capture the Flag Quake server, to accomodate those with the registered version. (connect
to quake.toolcity.net to play)
56k Technology: ToolCity Internet will be capable of a 56k connection over a conventional phone line (Rockwell).
(Hopefully this will be compatible with USR's x2 eventually)

Our System

Four pentium servers online running Unix(3) and Windows(1).
A combined disk capacity of 33 gigabytes storage and 300 megabytes of installed RAM.
360 dialup lines all with 56k digital modems.

Also, they use an Ascend router.
