David:

Appreciate the scanned in (?) articles, (I'm a Barron's subscriber,
but when it first hits the stands, they time me out before a complete
d/l.)
Gotta' wonder tho', when the day will come when publishers get tired
enough of copyright abuse to come looking for people giving away
what they're selling...?
Kind of in line with Thean's recent post on how much we should
reveal about ourselves, etc.

Good article though, got to print it out and digest it now.

Between the Cheryl Strauss article and the Alan Abelson (Simmons) article, it's difficult to tell what to do. Since I am more of an options player, I'm in the "wait" camp right now. Even if this is "the bottom" for oil service and driller stocks, what if they just start flat-lining? There is that possibility. And if that happens, premiums erode, and pretty soon a call option holder is losing money, even though their stock didn't go down. In any case, I'm going to be monitoring the oil service/driller stocks.
