GP I think you are missing very important point. The people who shorted this stock down to $0.3 ARE NOT Waite and See. I'm not saying that the current deal is great for the shareholders, but it's much better then The other option. The other option was to give the debentures holders about 18MM shares, which would have been dumped In the market right away. My guess is that W&S will sell some of the shares in order to finance the future trenches, but al least they will report and as insiders they can profit much more from getting the company on track. This is a BB stock with high level of risk and hype and anyone investing in it should now not to bet The farm (maybe a chicken or 2). Good investing. Amots P.S You used to hype this stock and also DBDY before you did any research. Now you are doing the opposite, so some DD will be nice......

GP - yeah we've been followers/believers for past 14 months or so .... I think there is a product but it's years away - all the while the competition is gobbling up the market share (Caverjet, Muse, Viagra, Senetek, MachroChem, etc). My only concern is the release of 2 positive news items (6 month shelf life and patent validity) just days AFTER the 10 day computation period for the 1st trauch - good timing or good luck - ny guess is both were held back for a period of time to "goose" stock price and spur interest after setting of 1st traunch price had happened. Just a thought .....
