Agree with you, but there are trigger events that send the market in either direction. Weird tweets, weird decisions, firing someone, impeachment, odd decisions regarding other countries, tariffs, removal of tariffs, terrorist acts, interest rates, employment stats are trigger events that will affect the market. Trend is side ways or down for 2019 IMHO. Quite the action today.
