You're welcome, Liberator. 2019 looks like it will be a pivotal and positive year for GRB on all 3 major projects. Montalva should pass on the next spending bill (delay due to the Trump/ Dem Wall impasse); RB will start producing revenues in 2019 (though the $14m profit run rate is ridiculously high and should NEVER have been put out in the first place. this guidance or whatever you want to call it needs to be re-stated in their presentation and next CC, not in 5 months to get better credibility; if the market believed that no. we'd be at $10 now not .85 x 20m shares out).

This does NOT take away from what RB is looking like, which is hugely exciting and their biggest opportunity, but let's get REAL about the 2019 timing. I'm good w/ $10 in 2020, try not to be too greedy, lol. Funding for Sage Ranch is to be done on a project basis w/out dilution on the co. to fund the development and note that the development and funding isn't done by GRB anyway. It will be on the books and OH of PWR, with GRB retaining a 50% profit interest.

Here is an update from PWR that greatly impacts on GRB, but is not found on the GRB website in any shape or form. We will benefit from the opportunity zone status and we have yet to receive any compensation for the hemp JV. We already own 10.6 million shares of PWR and I THINK we'll get more on settlement of the hemp JV deal.
