"Facts are not things that are true, fact are things that are indisputably true, things that are real." Not sure where you are coming from. People experience things and report their recollections differently, sometime quite differently. That in itself does not make a liar of anyone. It's not subterfuge, it's being human. In court, a jury weighs the evidence to reach a conclusion. The evidence may or may not be fact-based, and a conclusion does not make fact out of the evidence. Sometimes people have to make conclusions from various shades of gray. So, what are we talking about anyway?
