As I understand what I have here is a wireless wifi for my telephone and computer but the TV is definitely connected from the wall to a cable. That box sits directly under the shelf for the TV. I even pay extra for a small "booster box" (my name, not what Cox calls it) which itself is connected to the main box. Cox told me I need this extra box to ensure Netflix streaming. I get the fastest feed Cox offers, and pay extra for that.

I often go 3-4 days with full use of Netflix or YouTube on the Sony and no interference or problem. Then, for no apparent reason a movie will stop, restart a few long seconds later, do this over a few times then freeze. I have to go through a different gyration nearly every time to restore the use. Very often this means a complete power down and start over.

The TV, by itself (no Netflix) never does any of this. The fact that it's okay most of the time and the interruptions don't come in any discernible pattern makes it pretty hard to nail down a cause.

Thanks for your continued attempt to help.....
