Certain mutual annihilation was the deterrent, or supposed to be the deterrent. And we have so-called US president who is so-called the leader of the free world who thinks and says, WHY HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS IF WE DON'T USE THEM? Trump is 'leading' Putin to nuclear confrontation. After Trump, I worry far more about Nuclear War. It is not Kim Jung-un. It is no one else of the world. It is Trump who will kill all humans with nuclear war. And Putin will play along.
