Before I started reading about it, I didn't realize there was even such a thing as Dutched and non Dutched cocoa. I have a feeling that if I did a taste test I couldn't tell the difference either. I just happened upon the 2 lb bag at Costco, read the package and brought it home. Hubby uses it in his coffee with a bit of stevia and calls it his mocha. Because of the cream cheese, I do envision a fatty taste to the ice cream. It doesn't make much, so won't be that much of a waste if we don't like it. ;) M
