Penni, now let us hope I remember this one correctly MEA Culpa. Latin was not required in the turnips field (g) and for that matter, nothing else linguistic, as long as one could differentiate between the turnips and the crab grass, he was allowed in.

I agree that the singular is preferred in the case of mea culpa. BUT if one wanted to do the plural it should be me‘ culp‘...
