The extent to which he can exert harm,
not just the number of people he is harming,
but the duration.

The entire human future is irrevocably getting damaged, perhaps beyond repair.
Just to name three:
(1) Runaway climate change. (2) Nuclear acceleration. And (3) Runaway income inequality.
