Good evening Al. I believe that you requested some FA on FAXX. Two insiders have bought a small amount of shares in the last six months. The recent news items are positive developments but the overall fundamentals remain poor. Some facts to concider: - Company has accumulated deficit of alomost $31 mil. as of 9-30-97. Additional capital expenditure is necessary for the completion of their network and more red ink is emminent. - Private placement in Nov. increased share total by 10% - FAXX missed projected earnings on their last two earnings reports. They are due to report at the end of the month. - Alex Brown and Lehman Bros. were the underwriters for the IPO and presently do not offer coverage on the company. Although Yahoo indicates that two analysts have hold ratings, I do not believe that any firm has coverage at this time. Sergio
