From various sources listed on the CCSI Research Page exchange2000.com :

.....Mr. Frank has submitted to the Board his recommended agenda involving the Company's ongoing business discussions and negotiations with medical companies interested in global distribution rights. He has also recommended additional potential licensing and distribution partners involving licensing for OTHER APPLICATIONS for the Company's proprietary technology.

We have also completed the next steps toward completion of the mass manufacturing prototype of the new miniaturized Colormate. As I previously informed you, this involved the successful performance of the instrument in measuring a series of specified laboratory standards under the supervision of qualified color scientists with the results approved as passing the color science criteria, which has now been accomplished.

The next step will be building the few hand-constructed working models of the mass manufacturing prototype and testing the instruments for mechanical and structural reliability. The Company's engineering department estimates completion of this next phase in the first quarter of 1998.

The Company believes that miniaturization of color-measurement hardware provides cost advantages in industrial manufacturing markets and significant mass market potential in the beauty and health industries.

Beauty Industry
......prescribes thousands of combinations of personalized scientific color recommendations. Uses for cosmetics and hair color include custom blending foundation makeup and hair color systems, which select the correct hair dye for a customer's particular shade.

Dentistry
In the past, dentists have struggled to match the exact color of teeth for caps, bonding, dentures, etc. Now Chromatics' technology enables them to find the precise matching colors.

Geology
Chromatics has developed technology to measure the impact of soil contamination. Geologists have used the system experimentally to document the degree of soil contamination in oil and gas spills by measuring the soil's color.

Printing
Matching cross-medium colors has been a major obstacle in the printing industry. Chromatics' system enables cross-medium color science applications such as ensuring a shade of blue is the same in film and on a T-shirt.
